hypnotherapy for anxiety

With all that’s going on today, with Brexit, The US elections, ISIS, the war in Syria and the failing economy constantly hitting the headlines, it’s no wonder young people are starting to feel anxious about their future.

It’s not just their own lives and fears about social acceptance, getting a job and finding somewhere to live that are causing anxiety in the young. According to the BBC the NSPCC Childline has seen a 35% increase in calls from young people suffering from anxiety caused by the things they read and see in the media and on social networking sites. Hypnotherapy can get to the root of the anxiety, help raise a person’s self-esteem and confidence and help change the way they feel about perceived threats, thus enabling people to manage the things that are causing their anxieties before they take hold. This is just as effective with young people and children as it with adults.
