According to the NHS almost 50% of adults in the UK live with chronic pain!
In most cases of chronic pain, including Arthritis, back problems and sciatica a GP will say that nothing can be done about it, apart from using strong prescription painkillers or antidepressants to numb the pain. The side effects of these tablets can be pretty horrible, and prolonged taking of painkillers can lead to addiction.
Doctors will often say that nothing can be done!
But what if that wasn’t true? What if life could be pain free? Although there might be nothing that can be done about the underlying problem, there really is something that can be done about the pain.
Pain is a signal created by the mind as an alarm to let the sufferer know that there is a problem. But once they are aware of the problem and have had it looked at, that alarm is no longer necessary. Imagine being able to just switch it off?
Relief from pain without medication is possible
Many studies have proved that the mind can control the pain signals, and using a unique and proven technique of ‘negotiating’ with the subconscious mind, it is actually possible to either switch off that old, unnecessary pain signal entirely or reduce it to a level that is more acceptable.
Though this technique works for the majority of people, it doesn’t work for everyone, and for safety reasons I can’t help with any undiagnosed pain, but I have helped many clients either manage their pain or remove it completely without the need for medication.
Here’s what some of my clients have said:
I am hugely grateful to Mark for the positive difference you have made to my everyday life
Brilliant service from Mark who helped me with back pain, He explained the technique very clearly and made me feel at ease.
I would not hesitate to contact Mark again and would highly recommend! Great service.
Had a very enjoyable session with Mark last night for pain management. Would recommend highly.
I’ve had trouble with my ankle for over a year since a work accident, now the pain has completely gone
Why put up with that unnecessary pain signal any longer?
