If we react in the wrong way to stress in can cause all kinds of physical and mental problems, from tiredness, inability to focus, low energy, headaches, insomnia and frequent colds to IBS, chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia.

 

The pace of life is getting faster and faster, we are so much more 'connected' than we have ever been, our kids are growing up quicker and dealing with their own stresses much sooner than we'd expect, and for many of us finances are getting tighter and tighter – it’s no wonder that an estimated 44% of adults in the UK are suffering from stress

The good news isthat if you have been reacting badly to stress I can help you.. Using a mixture of hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Emotional Freedom Tapping (EFT), I can teach you to recognise the changes in your body that signify when stress is rising, and give you the tools you need to remove it before it really kicks in. I can help you feel more relaxed and able to deal with situations that you might have previously found stressful, and by doing so reduce or remove the negative side effects of stress so you can learn to use it as a tool rather than let it take over.
